Growing up in the capital of Aceh alongside early internet exposure, he finds himself drawn to pop culture, science fiction, and history. His design approach is integrative, firmly peering beyond the surface depiction of a subject to study its underlying context, combining systematic structure with artistic elements as a signifier of human presence.
